I have 0 athletics atm and 4 shield. For last point should I put in shield or athletics? Does having 1 athletics really change that much? What should I do?

If you are a footman, athletics is probably the most important skill, especially if you are a shielder. Always max it first.

Might wanna try this.
if this feels too slow try converting more from skills to attributes and take 21/18 build without IF

I can only hope you are still grinding to 30 and this isn't your end-game build, else-wise it sounds like you have a bit of a funky build that will probably give you some troubles.
