I came to think it might be fun, interesting or helpful if some of us, myself including, would log their workouts.
As I see it, especially in a gaming community there might be people interested in sports, without getting their asses up to do them. So this could help motivate. Maybe even be a loose guide for anyone interested.
Before I start doing this though, I want to see if people would be interested. Dont want to make an ass out of myself for nothing ^^
What you would read about:
It consists of a well weighed dose of swimming, running, strength work and sprint specific training, and is partly inspired by myself, some parts however are fitted to a buddy decathlete I help through the depressingly hard winter workouts.
In spring it will slowly shift toward more sprint specific stuff, or strength, depending on if I want to do competitive T&F again or just stay fit for skiing, surfing and biking.
Basically a sort of cross training/ fitness training, not too heavy on the endurance part, maybe a bit emphasis on strength and conditioning.
