Alt characters disappeared after rename

sorry mates, I have a problem with my characters after rename... I lost 2 alternate char gen 1
I tryed to create a new one using the old names of the losted, but it doesn't work..
They are registered in crpg website (I can transfer items and so on) they just cannot be selected in crpg game O.o
If anyone could help me... thank you

Well you have to create new characters ingame and then just play with them.
Example:
Yor alt charachter name is donkey on the website. Launch crpg --> Multiplayer --> JOIN A GAME--> Create (its where you can choose between your characers) --> use donkey as the name and there we go it should work
