This individual was spawning without a weapon and either suiciding or leeching in a corner of the map for consecutive rounds on NA1. As you can probably infer, the specks you see in the background are other players who were actually fighting.

He delayed a few rounds in a row and I ban polled him and it succeeded, mind you this was with 120+ PLAYERS on the server at the time.  Put that in his file.
