I think I can't add more - he leeched. No weapons, he was useless for team and only built useless ladder towers.

I don't mind ladder towers them selves - oh, no! Same laddertowers builders. Unless they spawn without weapon...

Your pictures show a guy on top of a ladder who then gets stuck because a teammate destroys that ladder. He is not afk and the time interval is only 1 minute. So unless you have further proof I'll dismiss it.
