Introduce a new Sub Tab within the Battle Section on cRPG website.
Higher Ranking(8+) officers get within the default battle roster checkboxes they can safe.
These selected battles then show up on the new "Sub Tab, named f.e. important Battles"
All faction members then would be shown there the preselected Battles, so they can easily apply for those.
