You need 14 effective WPF per PT.
I calculated your armor/WPF using this neat calculator @ http://infinitum.dyndns.org/crpg/calc.htm (thank Espu)
    Armor Weight: 14.2
    Effective Armor Weight: 10.4
    Effective WPF: 77
    WPF penalty from weight: 9
    WPF penalty from PT/PD: 13
77/14 = 5 and a half.
So, you will need more WPF to have effective power throw.
Honestly, I'd suggest that you do an 18/18 or 21/15 build if you really want to mix throwing in, because the extra WPF is crucial in accuracy and of course your effective power throw.
ah and yes your effective PT only lets you pick up throwing weapons. for instance if you used a throwing lance and you don't have power throw effective to 7 then you will not be able to pick it back up.

I would raise throwing 10 higher and drop your glove weight, use mail gauntlet/wisby

I think that build doesnt make sense. You definatelly need more Agility and WM / Athl. Otherwise you wont hit shit and you're too slow in melee. And 8 If with 24 str is also weird. Kinda wasting skillpoints there brooo.

You could go for 15/24 on 31 or 15/21

8wm and athl + 5ps and pt , 133 2h, 133 throwing.

Then you could also use better armor , your throwing weapons will actually hit targets and youre fast in melee.

Strength is never a good choice when playing as throwing hybrid. Even if everyone uses high strength throwers... its kinda useless.

For that setup you need 87 or 88 WPF you will be ok.

I use the same build but put 4 IF into shield, it's great.

Don't worry about low athletics like some people say, that's the beauty of throwing you don't need runspeed when your throwing weps give you a 20-30 yard range. If someone is trying to kite you, step back and throw at them, they go back to close melee range real fast, people really hate being thrown at.

Try 21str  15 agi.

ull need like 120wpf throwing to hit something with that armor at medium distances, unless u want to chuck things at 5 meters.

In melee prof u can get away with 80 wpf or maybe less.

18/21

6ps
6pt
7ath
7wm

you need atleast 18 agi if you want to do anything as a hybrid IMHO.

And dont bother throwing sucks compared to all other classes. You wont find ammo anywhere, your reticule is size of apple, you get least dmg per shot/ammo on all ranged classes.
The only plus is it's fun, somewhat...

That is not true for the "spammed" part, 0 wpf and a 90 speed weapon is enough to no get spammed. As long as you can do footwork (and yeah footwork works with 4 ath) you can take your "attack turn" in almost any situation.

But i agree that a hybrid throwing build require more agi than that, if a group of enemy come at you you're fucked. You need the ability to run and even kitte a little.

Also a lot of people say that you only have to get the minimum wpf in throwing to support your PT, and i am totaly against that. You need more WPF to be effective as a thrower, not as much as an archer but with 100 for 8 PT you won't be able to control where you throw things.

For me a hybrid 2h/Thrower build would be :

18/18

5IF
6PS
6PT
6ATH
6WM

2h: 100
Throw: 135

There is almost no difference between 100 and 135 2h wpf, maybe something like +4% damage and 2% swing speed. But for the throwing one you will notice a better aim and a faster throw rate.

I think i remember someone tested the damage difference between a 10PT and 6PT build and it was ridiculously close. Because more PT means less WPF (because you lose 13 wpf/pt) so a little less damage but the main reason is that At fifteen, I had the will to  learn ; at thirty, I could stand ; at forty, I had no  doubts ; at fifty, I understood the heavenly Bidding ;  at sixty, my ears were opened ; at seventy, I could  do as my heart lusted without trespassing from the  square..

If you are spending points on athletics just so you can run away from groups of enemies then you need to work on your awareness cuz you shouldn't be in that situation in the first place... stick with teammates, and/or when you are by yourself look ahead so you don't get jumped.
