They MIGHT hire you, but more likely they pick from their stable of high level experienced inhouse players and allies.

Likewise of course we will take high level members above ppl we do not have any experience with/of, but I would obviously prefer if players would side with MY side, because, you know, its MY side, thats why I made MY thread...

... but since everyone is of course welcome to sign for who and what they want, and we are the good guys  I ask ppl to join us. Would be counterproductive to ask ppl to help my opponents, I'm pretty sure.

I won't get accepted by any side anyhow lol. Haven't played in EU on a regular basis in a while so most new players there consider me unknown or old ones don't care to hire me. So meh.

I would like to play, but chances to get into the roster of these large battles are very low if you're not in one of the big carebear alliances and not one of the almighty allknown 2h/pole/pewpew/xbow-heros

We've gotten to the point with these smaller battles (30 and 45 man rosters) where we can only accept our clan members, and the members of 1 or two other factions.  All the non affiliated and lower level players are left out.  Had at least 30 people trying to get into two battles last night who weren't able to.

We have 200 man servers, it would be nice to be utilizing them more.

This is so bullshit, if we had 100 people per roster no way a none massive my old friendging out alliance would ever be able to get a roster half full without offering insane amounts of cash, most idiotic post ever, like massive handholding and making mercing against you a declaration of war wasn't encouraged enough...

Well I prefer to fight in large battles.  But I can see how not having 100 friends to sign up would fuck over the little guys (pro-tip, I'm guessing you could get people to sign up for you if you went into their teamspeaks, or spammed the NA or EU populated servers before a battle starts).  But I digress...

When a 100 vs 100 man battle happens, it would be epic to allow 100 people on a side...you only get one death, use it wisely.

K, well, I prefer and I'm pretty thankful I'm pretty sure chadz prefers not having to hold hands with half the map in order to not get massively ganked roster wise just as you're already getting massively ganked troop wise.
