Not sure if thats the name my clanmate was using while he was on the server, but its one of many of his alts.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure that after 1 month of ban He served his punishment and you can revoke this permban.
Pity you can't set a timed ban, I understand that, but could you unban him? He wasn't really a rule-breaker, just a... well, light troll.
