Map: blank 13 never loads?

was on x5 then new map "blank 13"  Ive never played just keeps redownloading, had to alt f4 and still did the same when i tried to rejoin.

is this just me? :O

Is this on EU1 like, right now?

Because if it is, I'm in there and oddly enough it was 50v50 but now it is 12v12 lol.
