The transfer all link, includes the 100 base troops, which cant be transferred.
That results in failing to transfer troops at all if you don't type the exact number in -100.
I suggest that the transfer all for troops, excludes those 100 when it is been clicked, so that only those above 100 will be shown and transferred when clicking transfer all troops.
