No Peasant gear when defending a village.

We spawned naked with no peasant gear available while defending Uslum in a strat battle today.

Yeah population is tickets in sieges but won't defend against raids. Upside is no upkeep on them.

Village army will defend against raids and sieges, but costs upkeep.
