At 1.7 weight it's the only armor under 3.5 weight that needs a certain amount of strength to be used. I suggest that it should be removed, it's just a joke as it is now. Doesn't work with full agility builds like the other low-tier armors.

The armor was nerfed a few patches ago and strength requirement wasn't removed, like it should've been
