What I see from the 1st screenshot is that he TKed you , you're in the attacking side (4 seconds respawn) and that you don't seem to be even close to a fight. Not my call to issue a ban on sight , since we don't know his version of that incident and that I don't take that decision, but my opinion is that it's obviously a TK, even if it's a revenge TK, actions should be taken...
