Unfortunately your screenshots aren't enough proof as they don't show him attacking you.

ah of course, i thought that blood texture on him would suggest he did attacked someone with his weapon, seems like its not enough of a proof

how silly of me for thinking that, you can clearly see a lot of enemies around us that could do that its not like they are on some big hill far far away from us

The blood on his hand suggests he attacked or was attacked by someone.

 Unless you can provide a sample of your dead horse blood and Gamesearch's right arm (attached to his body or not) so we can run a DNA analysis on them there is no way to link him to the murder.

i didnt spam just stated the fact that team horse killers always get away.. its pretty hard to capture on screenshot the exact moment when some guy kills or wounds your horse on purpose and screenshots like this "arent enough proof"

imho the situation on screen is quite obvious..

I am sorry but even if that guy most likely did what he is accused of, the pictures only show a dead horse and a guy with blood on his arm. The blood only shows he attacked someone or was attacked by someone, there is no proof he attacked Hentzi's horse so I can't ban him.
