There is only a 3 second interval between the screenshots and all I can see is a guy inside a shack with the entrance blocked. Unless you have a screenshot proving he was the last one alive and therefore he was stalling the round I'll have to dismiss this.

Lots of weapons are hidden when you dont use em. Anti-cavalry often hides their pikes and takes it out from nothing (its really redicilous) and kills the cav before the cav can change direction. Sadly, that means you cant see from this pic if he has no wep or not.
