How to make clan banner?

Or just give you tips, like this:

- Use this to start : http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/3364/stockback.jpg
- Keep your main elements centered in the middle of the banner and smaller than you think they should be in relation to the whole banner, this is because the area of the banner that is actually SHOWN on various elements in game is taken from the center of the banner.
- Test your banner in game and then make revisions, if you have a banner slot through the ladder system on the website this is easy...if you're doing the banner pack you can test it client side first (instructions on first post of my banner thread)
- Keep overall detail low, the textures get all kinds of messed up and blurred in game on some things especially heraldic mail...
