As the title suggests, I was looking to try out a poleaxe of some kind. Since they seem to be fairly close to each other in terms of cost and statistics, I was wondering what their secondary modes are and whether the blunt ones have a chance of knockdown. Yes, I know that secondary modes are nearly always worthless, but I'm still curious.

Poleaxe and Elegant Poleaxe do blunt swings on their second mode, I think German Poleaxe does pierce.

Common thing is they all suck. Only reason you might want to consider using one is to get a saver knockdown or to have less chance of glancing against very high armors. Hardly anyone uses them.
