There is a zombie chance on every loot in the game, you cant avoid it.

Im considering buying the combined operation from steam, however im curious if ill be able to play without much trouble:
Also, are the servers separatad only by continent, or are the servers by nations? (UK,GER,FR...etc)

Looks good enough.
Server are marked by their location. Tho it's English everywhere - except the Russian server...
