Horse whistle not working on NA 1

just figured I would let some devs know, that horse whistling is not working on NA 1  (and would assume the rest of NA servers).
Used the whistle command about 10-15 times at various times thru several maps and horses never responded.  Asked other cav players if they had same problem and they did as well.

I was riding rouncey,and then it got killed. SO i saw other one,and i whistle to call it to me and horse didn't responded. That was on eu1.
Sometimes it comes,sometimes ti wont. Also Q menu sometimes don't respond.
I noticed one bug too if you pick 4 slots of bolts or arrows you cant drop them or pick another weapon.

It's a new "feature", or rather it's a feature that got removed. Whistling no longer attracts the nearest horse from what I can tell. Apparently it is due to repeated calls for cavalry nerf, some people felt it was unfair for riders to get free extra "lives" by calling on spare horses running around the battlefield.
This is mostly from hearsay, it could just a patch fucking something up like with the jumpshot being back in for archers, something that was never intended.

If you are cav and one of your teammates gets dehorsed, fuck up an enemy cav and stop the horse physically, just like before whistling.

It doesn't work anymore, before it work, now horses will ignore the whistle sound and all the free horses will get slaughtered by your team horse haters, tested on NA + EU1 doesn't work, we thought you dev removed it because you guys want to nerf Cav again

Nothing was changed, as far as I know. The fact that it stopped working on NA1 a couple of days ago tells me that it's a bug in the new server.
Unfortunately it works like a charm locally, so I'll need to investigate further.

Few days ago the whistle works, but now the horses won't listen to whistle, we have already tried on EU1 and it doesn't work, might have worked on local server as you said but something is definitely wrong on official server, hope it will get fix soon ;p

First time for me actually thinking an error is rather a feature than a bug. Wouldn't really mind if it stayed, seems people even leave stray horses alive because they know an enemy from 200m can't whistle for it.

Looks like it was just the servers not being updated to the latest version. Should work now, notify me if it doesn't.
