Buff 1h (Sword, Axe, Pick) cav

Id like to buff cavalry that have wpf on 1h only. It would be nice, even though most cavalry have lances. But it wont be a buff if they have wpf on 1h and something else, every single wpf point has to be on 1h, and while on a horse

1h only, no shield, lance, 2h, bow, crossbow or throwing on horse? Buff it!
