Create a "Best Suggestions" section in suggestions forum.

There should be a "Best Suggestions" forum within the suggestions forum. (Placed up by the Realism and Game Balance threads).
This could be a place where there'd be no troll threads or rage threads. An area where realistically liked threads could be moved.
But people can't simply create a topic in the Best Suggestions forum. A suggestion thread must first get up to +5 likes then it can automatically/manually get moved there. Or if a thread gets a favorable poll an admin can manually move it there.

This way devs and important people who want to ignore the "shit posts" can go to the Best Suggestions thread to view things that could actually be implemented to improve the game. It will make it much easier for devs to take opinions into account.

70% Approval would be more ideal.  From what I see, minus the troll posts, a LOT of suggestions go over 50% but are clearly ignored.  Only the best of the best should go into "Best Suggestions"

It seems like many suggestions out there are getting much less attention then they deserve. I would like a serious section where the admins' mindset would be to think if they should implement them or not.
