Hard hitting longrange build. I like this when using a longbow. If someone gets close you are fucked however.

the 11 wpf are just there because you can not skill archer more 10 is not enough

True, just hit 31. So. it's actually 172 wpf in archery, not 173, and 11weapon points is not enough either to get the 173.
