I installed on my SSD. I haven't experienced any frame drops, I just disagree with the visual design choices, mainly the motion blur and the grainy filter.

http://steamcommunity.com/app/208650/discussions/0/523890046870624615/ worth a try.

I suspect the motion blur and film grain effect were to cover up the poor texture quality on HDDs since they're still most common. Motion blur is often used to disguise 30fps as well so probably that too.

The intro sequence was also very disappointing; remember how epic it was in City where you were Bruce Wayne and were tied up to that chair meeting Dr. Strange, getting locked into the city gone mad and freeing yourself after fighting Penguin's goons and climbing to the top of that tower to get your bat suit it's container piercing the concrete just as you climb the last bit, then stand overlooking the city for the first time? Or the intro of Asylum where you bring the Joker in, a long interactive sequence descending deeper into the horror of the Asylum basement feeling something is wrong the whole time until finally Joker executes his plan and everything is turned upside down? Compare it to this one, you're some random cop in first person drinking coffee at a diner then shooting zombies in a 1st person shooter then quickly back to a short Scarecrow cinematic then directly to Batman overlooking Gotham. Just crappy writing in comparison.

Not doubting it may be a good game otherwise, will try to take it up again when they release the patch.

Xant: super-heroes are as one-dimensional as some guy fixing the world by killing a bunch of people with the aid of magic.

Which would make no sense even if it wasn't for the fact that I've said I think TW3 is boring because of Geralt.

If you haven't noticed already check your Steam libraries, Arkham Knight owners have some time ago received all the Arkham games for free as damage control for the crappy PC release.

I have a feeling WB are giving up on PCs. Especially after the shit with Mortal Kombat effectively being abandoned with still broken net code...
