Horse crossbowmen build

Hello everyone, i want build a horse-crossbowmen. But i can't decide how to.

1-) Should i give Athletics ?
2-) Should i give Horse Archery skill ? Does it work with crossbows ?
3-) How much STR i need ?
4-) What horse should i prefer ? What weapon should i use as secondary weapon ?

If you can answer those questions up there, it will help me very much.
You can give some tips about playstyle, too.

Get Arab Warhorse or Courser (depending on what you prefer, or maybe heavier if you'd like that) and remember that your high AGI gives you good running speed on ground as well so not necessarily to invest into athletics.
