Phew, Queen of Whores, and Ricky77 all have one. However, they are not willing to part with them. There are 1-2 +1 military hammers floating around, your best bet is to buy one of those and loom it yourself.

Also Rusty has one, and I think Arvid TKOV. Rusty seems to use his as a sidearm, infuriating people that hope to at least pick his up. Before I got mine, I'd devote entire maps trying to loot his mil hammer, but he always died with his axe equipped. He was like some WoW boss that kept dropping Shaman crap (I was a Hunter).

I friggin love mine, but everyone has a price. To be fair, my price is what you would pay for the 3 loom points on the market anyway, so that is probably your best bet.

I have one, and right after I got it loomed I decided I don't even like it and I prefer the Steel Pick lol. So that's all I use. I may be willing to part with it, for a price. Atm I'm looking to retire into 2h/xbow and I'm looking for MW Xbow (normal), Great Axe, and Steel Bolts. Or any other good 2her with 15 STR req or less. So if you have any of said things we might be able to work something out. (;
