This could be the buff to unloomed archery that is needed, although i think the reason for unloomed archery to be worse is just because loomed archers just have so many more experience than unloomed ones.+decrease WPF needed to be useful, in the area of 80 New WPF=100 old WPF
The devs are planning a change in the wpf curve, maybe after that is implemented, although not necessary imo-Reduce damage to shields make them do 1/3 the damage they do now to shields.
Pretty useless imo, it takes already many arrows to break a shield. Plus stupid-+1 weight on each bow
