Yes it's enough, he essentially said he would have revenge teamwounded if you didn't block, which is still an offence.
Also, in the way he didn't attack his clanmates, constitutes to leeching as he isn't helping his allies. I should ban his clanmates as well, but considering the circumstances, I believe that banning one will make the others buck their ideas up.
