Cannot see my item in game

Hello!

I have +3 German poleaxe in my inventory but in game equip screen shows me +3 Poleaxe and with only 2nd mode avaiable.
visitors can't see pics , please register or login


So I tried repairing on the launcher several times then it kept downlaoding banners every time.

Although it says completed, if I click "repair", the launcher downloads those files again.
