It is an advantage per strength point, therefore a buff to the strength attribute while it is already a hugely better choice than agility.

What the.. Been playing cRPG for 2 years and never knew this.

My point is that its not.

I'm pretty sure that bonuses from attributes are hardcoded, so it simply means that it always has been like that, but players just deasn't know about it. Correct me if I am mistaken about the hardcoded part.

It's probably so minor that it doesn't matter anyway.

str doesn't make you any faster without gear. But what amount of gear's penalty can be neglected, or how this penalty works - that's the good question

I'm guessing it's high STR tincans that benefit most from this.

So, ppl. with enough Str over requirement are able to have decent topspeed.

Low athletics though still mean your acceleration will be shit.

Since there is plenty of stop and go situations, some points into athletics surely are worth it.

Who says that in the case there is a reduction to encumbrance penalties for strength, it will only affect top speed and not acceleration?

For medium armour e.g, Heraldic mail.

18 or 21 str will give you the best acceleration.

Light armour benefits from athletics. Heavy armour benefits from Strength.

Medium armours are special. High athletics gives you good speed, but high str gives you good short range acceleration.
PK is back

PK is a collection of elites from throughout modern and ancient history. Giants of Calradia individually, as a group these gods of combat shatter all expectations and ascend to a higher plain of victory that only a few have seen before.
