You either need to downgrade your warband version (you obviously updated it, auto update by steam for example or update so you can play NW), or you play crpg without WSE.
I do the second option, just start warband normally with the warband launcher, select crpg and start. You have to ignore any error and just join any server you want. It works fine for me, only problem are weird errors (example: when drowning), or other things (i-report to admin doesnt work).
First option, I dont know, but there are threads in this forum.
