Additional: Calls me a noob and kick polls me after a take a shot and the keeper saves it. Considering I was 30 points clear at the top of our team at the time, I think unjustified. I wouldn't care except that this poll passed and made me lose x3 for no reason.
Addendum: The second picture, I didn't notice at the time, but there's a team kill followed by an immediate disconnection - might be worth checking out.

Additional: No reason for this one, just a random ban poll because I was top of the team, again. Notice that as soon as he made the poll, he quit the server.
p.s Make me rageball admin and you won't have to deal with all the paperwork of these ban threads
