On New, Retextured and Hidden Items.

Hello.

It seems to me that not all items are displayed in the shop. Well because some of them are not for sale.
But I would like to have a list of all the items that are not displayed in the shop, and how to obtain them (if it's possible).

I'll list here all the items i have encountered in-game that don't show in the shop.

-Crowned helmet =tournament event winner
-Boulder on a stick polearm =tournament event
-White Samurai armor set =in the shop but incorrect thumbnail => medium "Strange" armor set
-Yellow Chinese infantry armor =in the shop but no thumbnail =>"Lithuanian Lamellar"

Edit: WHAAAAT?? It's "Lithuanian Lamellar"?! It looks more like some asiatic armor. See for yourself :

-Looney Toons Axe (unique item) =fun event "theMaze" 1st place (+ the title "the Master of the Maze")
-Green Felt Hat (unique item) =fun event "theMaze" 2nd place
-Beer mug =unknown
-Flaming Katana (??) =unknown
-Bullets =useless, from 2011 version of the game

Also with the new patch, some items have incorrect icons in the shop because they have a new model.

So, do you know how to get these items?

So no more grey Samurai armor set? That's sad.

Boulder on a stick was a tournament prize. I don't know for which tournament, since I did not participate.

edit: Don't forget the flaming katana.

edit2: in like 2011 you used to be able to buy bullets in the arrows or bolts menu, I forget which. They were insanely expensive and didn't work with any item as ammo as far as I know.
