Heirloomed my lance: Small bonus??

Hey guys,

So I heirloomed my lance after a long time of casual gaming, from a Balanced Heavy Lance to a Deadly Heavy Lance.
Besides the new (awesome) title, I only got +1 pierce damage as a return. Wtf? Site said Id gain 2 speed, but I didn't.
What is this? Why only +1 damage on something that should be more special?

Judging from the list you will get +1 speed and +2 damage on gen 3 (Masterwork), which is +5 pierce and +2 speed over a normal one.
