22nd_Baron_Phase: Siege server night time, I accidentally bump him with my normal rouncey, he instantly reports with M, revenge kills my horse and wounds me as you can see in the pictures on the pink arrows (maximize the window, pics might be too big):
As if breaking this rule wasn't enough, follows some long minutes of constant insulting, even with admins/developers present, to the point of other players asking for him to shut up:

Manwe: Server EU_1, I'm one of the last fighters alive, trying to survive an Horse Archer (Merc_Cris) while on foot, Manwe decides to QML me while fighting. When I realize that he actually reported me (I use a small font, the native one is terrible), press M and does nothing, even after dying, and I get kicked making me lose my 5x. I think his/her reaction says it all:
Thanks in advance and sorry for having to resolve to this mean of communication, but it's the only since in-game reports and IRC reports have been proven useless over and over again.
