I think we need a definition of "troll" edited into the original post.
Farmer_Nate, for example, is probably not a troll. He is a very angry little boy. But I think he's sincere in his anger, which means he's not a troll.
A troll is someone who does something purely to upset other people. If he thinks racism upsets you, he will pretend to be racist, even though he's not. If he thinks armor crutching upsets you, he'll armor crutch -- not because he likes wearing lots of armor or thinks it's effective but just to annoy you.
So GeorgeWashington probably isn't a troll either. I think his playstyle is for his personal benefit and not our personal annoyance. (Is someone a troll if they troll you purely as an unintended side effect of their desired playstyle?) Similarly, I don't think Release_Arrows is a troll because even though his playstyle annoys people, I don't think that's why he does it.
