Bumping out of spawn is questionable but most of that looks intentional, and actual lancing at spawn (evident from the time stamps and damage inflicted) due to a M report grudge is pretty blatantly breaking the rules.
However I'm sure if I handle this ban request, I will get another 8 pages of shit posting in my admin feedback thread by this guy for abuse, who I've witnessed (and banned for) "revenge" teamkilling at spawn previously (a cav bumped him by accident during a fight so he killed him at spawn the next round out of spite in front of my eyes), and he obviously has rage issues. I will let another admin handle it, because I don't think he will get the message about rules if I ban him, merely think he is being persecuted. Just saying to the next admin, he is not a calm or respectful player in the least and doing this intentionally would fit his profile.
