Remove heavy armors

- Cut: Useless against plate (mostly glances, only little damage if no glance), somewhat useless against mail (medium damage, still glances sometimes), normal effect against cloth armor

This would allow heavy armor users to get away with not being able to block consistently.

Anybody missing blocks in battle should be dead. There should be no equipment or build that allows you to get away with missing them.

Yeah, I see what you mean. It would just lead to spam. On the other hand, you can currently spam the tincans with the proper equipment/build, so...
