"Connection to the server is lost"

This may be the #1 reason why NA+EU strategus can't work:
NA gets booted a lot from the EU3 server.

I've been booted twice four times ("connection to the server is lost") during the Dhirim siege and now the EU3 server doesn't show on my list (nor do any of the EU servers).

Eventually it will come back but it would be hard to have a serious EU/NA game when we can't reliably connect or stay connected to each others servers.

This has happened during other battles in the past as well.  I don't seem to notice it on EU1, just EU3.  Maybe it's an issue related to population.  There were 140 people on, which is more than other servers typically allow.  (However, I can't recall ever getting booted from NA3.)

He's saying when he's playing on the EU3 server.

I agree with Slamz, I've been kicked (disconnected) from Strat battles on EU3 multiple times.  It's never happened on NA3 (or any NA server). 

I also have seen a lot of Euro's complain they get disconnected from the EU game servers.  So I'm assuming this is a widespread issue with the EU servers.

Maybe they have a shit backbone for a network running in/out of the datacenter, or maybe the servers aren't able to handle the resources demanded by the clients, but there is certainly a "ghetto" feel to th EU servers compared to the NA ones.

Make the EU server in Western Europe. The NA servers favor EU. They get 120 ping in our servers whilei get 195 in theirs!

(Its obvious my crappy internet/pc is not the problem!)
