shield 13 = indestructible shield?

That's tavern_keeper's build.  Most people are familiar with it.  She used to just use a torch and be utterly useless to the team.  Now sometimes she brings some sort of blade and can actually get hits in but still mostly useless...

Just kick the person and then slash them.

Or run them over with a horse.

Or double-team.

I'm sure crushthrough would work too, or maybe that random chance crossbows have of shooting through a shield.

Actually tavern keeper is level 32 going on level 33 

The main power of the build is that there are a lot of people who will waste a lot of time trying to mind numbingly kill it, allowing you to keep up to even half a dozen people from attacking your team, very useful for separation tactics if you find good marks (not that any veteran will fall for it).
