before armor nerf it was 5 and 7, so 4 and 5 is a bit better ) and this 1 armor cant help anyway to light armored dude.

Yeah, the point of looming light armor isn't really for protection anyway. It's more so you can go, "Look at me motherfuckers. I don't need your punk-ass lordly plate. I got me a muthafuckin' MW gambeson."

I still love my +3 Blue Gambeson, I don't care if I have one less armor, that's what my leather gloves are for.

iirc light armor was still +4 while heavy armor was +7, it's simply that the devs didn't wanted/have time to change it when they nerfed the heavy armor to 5, there is really no point in keeping it +4 instead of +5
