Look at the chest more closely, you can see lamellar cuiras under the silk (silk is great protection from arrows and infections caused by arows and bulets). Mongols like many others often wore layers of their body protective gear under the garments. Some medieval garments like kazaghand included padding and mail inside of it.
On the other hand Eastern Roman equipment often consisted of padding, mail, lamellar cuirass and padding (with holes for pulling out arms) over all of it, and garments again depending how wealthy was the wearer. Eastern Roman padding design were quite elaborate and standardized depending of it was padding for under or over armor.

Great work, as always Zimke! Maybe some armors could have a more intense bumpmap. But overall, nice to see more quality armor and variety in the mod.

Thanks Dede, love your work too  :wink:  I have general opinion that too strong normalmaps give worse look then the weaker ones, so sometimes some of my normalmaps unintentionaly end up a bit weaker.

Love the armours Zimke.

One thing is the Skutatos Armour. Maybe bump up the Normalmap because it looks very flat around the leather part.

Also do you have any Texturing tutorials on Taleworlds?

And lastly do you plan on making any more armours for cRPG?

* Thanks ;)

* Actually I was planning to model in the details, a few verts at lod0 would make a big difference.
