Which Build ?

Hello guys I would appreciate your suggestion on which of these two builds is the best for my shielder who is nearing retirement:

Level 31 (8 892 403 xp)
Strength: 15
Agility: 24
Hit points: 50
Converted: 6
 
Ironflesh: 0
Power Strike: 5
Shield: 5
Athletics: 8
Weapon Master: 8
One Handed: 174

OR

Level 31 (8 892 403 xp)
Strength: 18
Agility: 21
Hit points: 53
Converted: 6
 
Ironflesh: 0
Power Strike: 6
Shield: 6
Athletics: 7
Weapon Master: 7
One Handed: 165

Well, Whether you prefer to be a little faster or a little harder hitting is a personal style choice. Both will be effective.

However, I would not have your build be level 31 but be finished at level 30, unless you plan on not retiring.

Oh well I'll most likely stay at level 31 because I have 2 other characters to work on.

18 21 or even 21 18. You don't need so much agi if you wanna play with medium weight armor. I used to have 18 21 and now I've 21 18 and I think the second one is much better.

PS Oh, you wanna be shielder... I thought about 2h.

I reckon the second is better. You really don't need that much agility. It's better to hit a bit faster, so the second build or a 21/18 build is better imo.

I would go for second build or even 21/18.
