Currently the Waki accounts for 0,13% of all damage done. So it's almost removed as it is.

Then why not simply remove it? Solves alot of problems by doing so. No arguments over the price or the speed or length from now on since it shall be removed. Nobody is going to use it even if the price is dropped down a bit. Most weebs/ninjas will just use a katana since it's just a much better weapon all round.
