Loomed But Is It Loomed?

Recently retired my main, and loomed my heavy lance. It should be at the second level of loomage (Tempered?), however ingame it says that my lance is merely balanced.

The item is correctly named on the cRPG website.

i'm not sure what u are saying but , heavy lance , tempered heavy lance , balanced heavy lance , mw heavylance .so if you have loomed it twice its right but if you have loomed it once its just known bug with  polearms. so no need to worry

mine did same thing :/

it still worked as a balance in game (u had to save it as in ur equip menu)

not sure how to fix it, i traded mine and got a +3, not sure wat the guy did with the tempered 1

Third Heirloom level is fine, to get it to show up in game you will need to save it as default gear on the website.

Sadly you'll have to use that workaround for now.
