Well I don't even know how long im banned I didn't even deserve a ban. I asked shinock if i should join Occitan TS for the strategus battle he said nah it's ok you can go lone wolf you always do good by yourself, so I did. I died two times in a row i decided to go cav and i died again then they got mad i said sorry ill stay with the group now. When I spawned as a cav i was riding and i was gooing after a shielder who was attacking an archer and ended accidentally teambumping the archer and the shielder and it killed the archer. I said sorry to him, and then they put poll to kick me and then spaniard kicks me and I joined server again and then I said to admin chat Thers no point in kicking me and they banned me . If shinock was on hed tell you exactly what he said to me I gave the chat to a few of my steam friends when I got mad at the ban but I X'ed out their chats. And the hospitallars are saying they banned me for teamkilling multiple teamates. I only teambumped that archer (I think he had an all caps name starting with a G and an underscore) which i apologized for and they're accusing me of teamKILLING multiple teamates. They also said I was teamkilling people to get back at Hospitallar for stealing MIley's equipment on strategus. Just because were related doesn't mean I would do that. I signed up for the battle for OCCITAN not HOSPITALLAR. Occitan _Arrowaine was the one who asked me to join the battle. You can look in the logs if you want to that archer would be my only teamkill which I said already I apologized for. I'm playing in the NA _Community server right now but it's emptying quick. I was planning on retiring today but if I can't get unbanned I won't have enough time. I don't care if spaniard keeps his admin or not i just want to be unbanned. Thanks


Spaniard is now saying im going around saying I was teamkilling constantly and i only accidentally team killed once. Spaniard can please name all the people I teamkilled/ teamwounded? I only teamkilled ONE person by accident. Without bribing other people to say what you want them to. People who I "teamwounded" post here if you got teamwounded by me. It should only be one person which is the person i bumped with the horse and im sorry about

I was at the battle and allers/larels repeatedly charged into the enemy after being told not to repeatedly, and if i understand correctly from the complaints the hospitaller/occitan commanders were having in TS about allers/larels,  he was not listening to any orders we TYPED into chat and not only died multiple times on a horse(which we had few up and were trying to conserve) he also tked/team wounded a few people and came back into the server after he was kicked for those actions after which I heard complaints about him stabbing people on his team.
Again what I saw was
-he didn't listen to commands typed in chat multiple times(resulted in a waste of gear and tickets even after we repeatedly told him to listen to commands)
-team killed one person(as far as i saw) and team wounded a few others(i do not know if this was intentional or not, the team kill seemed an accident but some of the team wounds were questionable)
-came back into the server
What I heard from ts
-team wound/kill complaints(about what is he doing hurting his own team ect)
-when he came back into the server people complained about getting stabbed/team wounded

AND ALSO, I ONLY GOT ON A HORSE ONCE AND WHEN I DIED I WENT TO GO TO EQUIP SCREEN AND TOOK MY HORSE AND LANCE OFF BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO WASTE ANYMORE AND WAS PLANNING ON GOING FOOTMAN AND FINALLY STAYING IN THE GROUP AND THHEN I GOT KICKED, I SERIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHY I WAS "TEAMKILLING"??? ALSO IF YOU LOOK IN CHAT LOGS YOU CAN SEE ME SAYING SOMETHING AROUND THE LINES OF OK ILL STOP AND STAY WITH THE GROUP

im simply saying what i saw
and you have no place in this post due to the rule of

"all people having nothing to due with a ban shouldnt post there"
since i am a witness i am posting what i saw. Nothing i posted warrents a ban for him as most of the part which would ban him was quoted by me as saying what i heard not what i saw. The team kill i said happened but team kills happen often and by accident much more then intentionally.

in the words of tears-Do not post here if you don't have something directly case-related to say. No lobbying, general discussion whether a rule is fair, how admin is nub, etc. Take those things elsewhere, keep this area clear. so ricki YOU have no place here

you were rushing into the enemy pikes with the horses, then you started running over teammates and killed one.  You kept running through others until your team had to kill you.  You deserved the ban...

I witnessed it first hand and more than half of the hospitaller team speak saw him team wound and he Tked but not only that he was being intentionally detrimental to our team even after we asked him to stop via chat. And seriously after kicking you from the battle because we no longer wanted you to hurt our team further you come back. If you hadnt of come back and attempt to be a further problem I wouldnt have banned you. The intent behind the kick was clear that you were no longer wanted.

seriously more lies again. i didnt go through teamates i only went into one, and also no body was trying to team kill me. Also spaniard if you hospitallar buddies saw me teamkill, please, tell me who i teamkilled and compare it to the chat logs. Also, give me the names of the people i "teamwounded"

Its a 1 day ban and the things I saw, I believe that you more than deserved it. For the reason that I saw you blatantly charging a pike line and yes i know your a good fighter but by the time I had kicked you were already -1-3 and It looked and seemed to all intents and purposes that you were intentionally attacking other team members and trying to waste tickets and gear. Then you came back and I truly believed that you were going to continue hurting the faction. I may be wrong but I stand by what I did and I hope that what I did was right.
