Correct Emblem Positioning on Heraldic Armors

This mod correct emblem positioning on heraldic armors. Emblem raises to chest from belt.

Thanks Ulrich for this submod.

Installation:
1) Download.
2) Backup tableau_materials.txt. (Optional, needs for deinstallation)
3) Run Install.exe.
4) Browse crpg folder.
5) Wait.
6) Enjoy )
7) 2-6 repeat after every crpg update.

Deinstallation
First variant, if you backup txt files, just restore them.
Second variant, run cRPGLauncher.exe check Repair option, click Play button.

It might look good for some banners, but not for others.

I've been using this for months and I have yet to find a banner that looks silly because of this mod.

The problem is even if you are number 1 in NA you are still only number 467 in EU or the worst in AUS(number 17)
