Sacrifice bug

So i retired my main character and sacrificed one of my alts. My alt had a balanced heavy lance but it gave my main a tempered heavy lance. Not sure if sacrifice takes away an heirloom or not.

Sacrifice does not take away a heirloom rank. It still is a balanced (+2) item, but afaik there is a display bug on the website (or ingame?), don't know the details though.

it also doesnt let me equip it although i have 18 str.

Save it as default gear on the website, that way you can use it ingame.
Sadly you will need to use that workaround for now =(
