Setting primary characters

Hey guys

I have a question for the cRPG people.

How do i set a character as primary? after i have already set primary once.

I deleted my ex-primary, is it possible to reset a primary or do you need to create a new account?

When you set a main char, all characters that you got at that time and all chars you create while the main is there will be tagged as alts, those can never become your main char.

The char you got right now is undefined and can be set as main.
On your char page there should be a box on the left side with a password field to set the char main.

If that is not the case you are either blocking something on the website.
Also try ctrl+F5 to reload the character page.
