Gotta go Steel Pick with a 12/24 build. You'll hit harder than most 1h sword users with 21/15 builds, and have uber mobility to backstab people.

    Power Strike: 5
    Shield: 5
    Athletics: 8
    Riding: 0
    Horse Archery: 0
    Power Draw: 0
    Power Throw: 0
    Weapon Master: 5

    One Handed: 146


Much better.

If you're 1h only, you can also only take 3 Weapon master and 7 in shield
